Omdenken gaat niet van het ene op het andere moment, en zou jaren kunnen duren. Maar als het begin is gemaakt, is al veel gewonnen. Voor het hierna volgende moet ik zeggen, dat ik de boeken van Ayaan nog niet gelezen heb. Maar ik voel me wel bij haar betrokken. Misschien is Ayaan hier allang mee bezig. In dat geval varieer ik op een thema, en breng ik en passant nieuwe dingen in.
Doesn’t Ayaan overidentifty with muslim women, by dedicating this book also to them? Isn’t overidentifying a common trait among Muslims? Has this been asked before? Is Ayaan hiding something? The western democratic system, that is now the norm in most of the world, may be shiny and so.
